**Introduction**
A Terahertz (THz) Therapy Lamp is a therapy device that emits terahertz waves (about 0.1–10 THz, between microwaves and infrared) and usually combines them with far-infrared heat for localized deep-warmth therapy.
**Principle**
It uses THz waves and far-infrared heat to create warmth and “resonant absorption” at the treated area. Heat dilates local blood vessels, speeds blood flow and metabolism, and relaxes muscles; in therapy terms it aims to warm and unblock the meridians and relieve stiffness and soreness.
